Our Review Methodology

Rovuno Reviews covers health, wellness, and lifestyle supplements, many of which are sold through affiliate programs like ClickBank. Because products in this space are often marketed with bold claims and thin regulatory oversight, we use a consistent process to review them: published here so you can judge our reviews by the same standard we hold ourselves to.

Step 1: We Start With the Product’s Own Claims

Before anything else, we read what the manufacturer actually says: the official sales page, the supplement label or ingredient panel, the pricing and package tiers, and the refund or guarantee terms. This becomes our baseline: the claims we then test against outside evidence.

Step 2: We Check the Ingredients Against Published Research

For every disclosed active ingredient, we look for peer-reviewed clinical research, randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses where they exist, rather than relying only on the sales page’s citations.

Step 3: We Flag What Isn’t Disclosed

If a formula hides its exact dose behind a “proprietary blend,” or a sales page claims a supplement can cure, treat, or reverse a medical condition, we say so plainly instead of repeating the marketing copy.

Step 4: We Look for Independent, Real-World Signals

We check complaint boards, watchdog sites, and genuine customer discussion to flag when a product has a track record worth knowing about, positive or negative.

Our Scoring System

Every product gets a single score out of 10, and the score has to match the tone of the review: we don’t publish a skeptical review with an inflated score, or a glowing review with a low one.

ScoreWhat It Means
8.0 – 10Strong, ingredient-level clinical evidence; transparent dosing; few or no red flags.
6.0 – 7.9Genuine positives, real evidence behind at least part of what it claims, alongside meaningful gaps such as undisclosed doses or marketing that overreaches the science.
4.0 – 5.9Mixed or weak evidence overall, real transparency or verification gaps, and/or marketing claims that go well beyond what the ingredients are shown to do.
Below 4.0Significant red flags: minimal credible evidence, an undisclosed formulation, or a verifiable complaint or regulatory history.

What We Won’t Do

  • We do not fabricate customer testimonials or before/after claims.
  • We do not accept payment in exchange for a specific rating.
  • We do not let a vendor preview or approve a review before publication.
  • We do not repeat “cure,” “treat,” or “reverse” claims without flagging them.

Keeping Reviews Current

Formulas, pricing, and refund terms change without notice. We revisit reviews periodically and update them when we find a material change; the “Updated” date on each article reflects the last check.
